Featuring a Flattering silhouette with dramatic pleats on the torso and skirt, open back and Button, and pull tight ties within the Back band to create the most flaterring of silhouettes. This tailored yet comfortable piece can be dressed down with sandals or up with heels for the most special of occasions.
