Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@taniahirddesigns.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If a product is confirmed to be faulty or sent in error, we will arrange a suitable resolution, including covering return shipping where applicable.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
